Krivofy is a Pre-Exposure Decision Intelligence platform for traders, prop firms, desks, and financial teams. It helps users declare rules, limits, setups, and exception conditions before trading pressure arrives. It does not approve, reject, or execute trades.

03Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

04Plans, trials, and payments

Where paid plans or trials are offered, the applicable conditions are presented at the point of sign-up. Free access may be available through registration.

05Intellectual property

Krivofy, its name, interface, content, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reused without authorization.

06User responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and compliance with any rules or regulations that apply to you.

07Limitation of liability

Krivofy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krivofy is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made while using the platform.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time, with reasonable notice where appropriate.

09Access termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, breach of these terms, or where required to protect the platform and its users.
